How do I create an account?+
Open the app and select “Sign Up.” You can register with your email and password, or use your Apple, Google, or Facebook account for quick login.

Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen. Enter your email, and we’ll send you a secure link to reset your password.
Can I log in with Google, Apple, or Facebook?+
Yes, the app supports secure login with Google, Apple, and Facebook in addition to email login.
Booking & Services
How do I schedule a pickup or service?+
Tap “Book a Service” from the home screen. Choose your service type (e.g. Dry Cleaning, Wash & Fold, Shoe Repair, Tailoring), enter your preferred date/time, and confirm your order.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?+
Yes, please contact our support team directly for assistance with scheduling changes.
How do I add special instructions to my order?+
During booking, use the “Special Instructions” field to include notes such as detergent preference, garment handling requests, or delivery details.

Pickup & Delivery
How does the pickup process work?+
After scheduling, a New Jersey Green Cleaners team member will arrive at your chosen time and location. You’ll receive real-time updates in the app when your order is picked up, processed, and out for delivery.
What areas do you currently serve?+
We currently provide services throughout select New Jersey service areas, including Hoboken, Hackensack, Englewood, and surrounding communities. Coverage areas may expand — check the app for updates.
Is there a minimum order for free pickup?+
Yes, pickup and delivery are complimentary for orders over $35. Orders below this amount may include a small service fee.
Payments & Charges
How do I pay for services?+
Payments are securely processed through the app at the time of booking using your saved credit or debit card.
Do you store my payment information securely?+
Yes, payment details are encrypted and processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never share or store raw card data.
What if I notice an incorrect charge?+

How do I update my profile information?+
Go to “My Profile” in the app. You can update your name, address, and preferences. For security, some changes may require admin review.
Why was my profile update flagged for review?+
To protect against errors and fraud, certain updates (like address changes) are reviewed by our team before being applied.
How do I enable order notifications?+
Go to “Settings” in the app and toggle notifications on. You’ll then receive updates when your order is picked up, cleaned, and ready for delivery.
